I have been involved with Fulbright since I learned of the many opportunities the Department of State offers to educators across the United States. I was fortunate enough to participate in an Administrative Exchange to Argentina in 2007. I serve as a Fulbright Board Member for the NC Alumni Chapter. We promote awareness of Fulbright and plan enrichment activities for Fulbrighters visiting us from other countries.

Hola Family and Friends,
I am creating this blog for all of you to follow my travels around Mexico! I took an amazing trip to Coahuila, Mexico with three classmates when I was in the 11th grade in high school! Shout out to Mr. & Mrs. Peralta who started me on this quest to master the Spanish Language and learn more about the latino cultures around the world! I have never forgotten that experience!
I have stayed in Dean Funes, Argentina for a few short weeks since then; but I am very excited to use this time to enhance my skills of communication! I want to be able to effectively communicate with all of the parents we serve in our schools.
